Looking forward to it! Those entries out of California are especially fertile ground for the absurd. One of them I put in that table literally just looks like it's random rocks that were laying around a lab that somebody took an interest in.
We unfortunately live in a new world where common sence is as worthless as sand in the Sahara. It is via Archeology ,Anthropology, and Paleontology, that we are able to discern our roots, our foundation for being here. When the evidentury line of succcessive lineage is stripped away by inadequate interpretation of laws, we are denying ourselves the most basic of human curiosity. The need to know!! Theres nothing more important if we are to be truly knowledgeable.
When the tail wags the dog, we're all in trouble. No wonder that joblessness is decreasing--the bureaucracy is apparently hiring anyone lacking wisdom to interpret NAGPRA. Ugh!
